Kaseya Launches Free Remote Control and Remote Access Tools for IT Support Specialists
IT Toolkit and Kaseya FREE to support up to 25 computers, at no charge
Kaseya, a provider of IT systems management software, has launched Kaseya IT Toolkit , a new tool for secure and reliable IT troubleshooting for up to 25 computers, available to IT specialists free-of-charge under an open-ended trial. The company has also launched Kaseya FREE – a no-cost remote access tool that allows PC and IT enthusiasts to offer occasional support to family, friends, or professionals with ad hoc requirements.
Kaseya IT Toolkit is a SaaS-based remote troubleshooting tool fit for any IT professional who wants to support up to 25 computers, so issues can be quickly resolved without interrupting the user. The Toolkit offers a range of functions so IT professionals can take control of multiple machines and resolve most IT issues through an easy to use Web-based interface. These include:
