MONTAL PARTNERS WITH KASEYA TO IMPROVE SYSTEM SECURITY PROCEDURES AND THE EFFICIENCY AND RESILIENCE OF MANAGED SERVICES
Kaseya pro-active technology allows Montal to easily automate tasks and reduce site visits
11th September, 2007 Montal Computer Services, IT business solutions and services provider, has recently partnered with Kaseya, global provider of Managed Service Automation software, to maximise their pro-active monitoring services. The 2,500 user license includes full service support under a flexible five-year payment plan.
Montal began moving away from a simple break/fix methodology some years ago and has now turned to Kaseya to help them further enhance the performance, integrity and availability of a customer’s IT networks, applications and data.
Peter Alexander, Montal managing director, believes utilising the tools within Kaseya provide greater management control and visibility of IT related issues and minimise the risk of downtime.
Alexander comments: “Kaseya enables Montal to automate those service elements that do not require an engineer onsite to implement. The software ensures that we are able to either prevent problems occurring or are able to resolve them in the shortest time – regardless of whether the solution required is remote or on-site.” Alexander continues, “In our decision to select Kaseya, it was essential that we had a product that would enable us to meet our stringent requirements.
