Combined with the results of focus groups with IT managers, the study offers a unique insight into the concerns, issues and trends affecting UK IT professionals, across a variety of industry sectors.

How much businesses value IT

Although 82% of IT professionals feel the organisation values the work of the IT team, there are dramatic differences between vertical sectors; perceived value is high in education (88%) and financial services (83%), yet only 67% working in local government feel valued.
